How do I cancel my registration? |
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Kinsley & Associates via email or fax.

| What travel arrangements am I responsible for? |
You are responsible for:
- Booking your own airfare. Please use your preferred carrier or method of travel.
- Transportation to & from hotel and airport.
- All hotel room charges (see below for specific instructions).

- Average highs in November range between 65-80°
- Average lows in November range between 45-55°
- Be prepared for business casual attire, with the exception of your Activity and the Awards Banquet. Please see the Activity section for the proper attire for your selected activity. The Awards Banquet will be resort casual.

| What do I need to know about the hotel? |
Once you complete your on-line registration process, your confirmation page will provide a link to make online hotel reservations. Please go there for all hotel details. The group rate is $199 per night. The group rate cut-off date is March 10, 2009, after which the rate cannot be guaranteed and reservations will be based on availability.

| What if I want to come early or stay longer? |
- You must call the hotel directly for any additional nights at 800-288-6127.

- If you are not participating in any of the group activities or find that you have free time while you are in Scottsdale, look at the area attractions page on this website.

| What will the registration fees cover? |
- Your registration fee will cover access to all sessions and planned events during the conference dates. There is an additional fee if you choose to participate in any optional activities on Sunday.
