What does my registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers all educational sessions and planned food and
beverage events. Please reference below for what is included in the guest
registration fee.

What are the hotel rates?
The discounted hotel rate is $185 single/double occupancy plus tax (16.5%) and a
$15 resort fee. Hotel reservations are made through the conference website. You
will be asked for a credit card to guarantee your room but no charges will be
applied to the credit card and you may present a different credit card upon
check-in if you wish.

Can I extend my stay?
Yes you may extend your stay. The $185 single/double rate plus tax
(16.5%) and a $15 resort fee is good for three days pre and post the official
conference dates of October 17-19, 2010. If you would like to extend your stay
you may do so through the conference registration website. However, to ensure
availability for additional nights please make your request as soon as possible
since October is a busy time at the hotel.
If you do decide to take advantage of the destination and come in early or stay
late the hotel will be happy to split your hotel charges on two separate credit
cards. This can be arranged upon check-in to the hotel.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Hotel cancellations must be in writing to Kinsley meetings at
devon@kinsleymeetings.com 72 hours in advance in order to avoid being
charged.

What are the
check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Requests for early
check-ins and late check-outs will be honored based on hotel availability.

Can I bring a guest?
Spouses and significant others are welcome to attend.
The cost for a spouse or guest is $250. The fee includes access to sessions,
application showcase and the Sunday night reception and dinner as well as the
Monday night offsite dinner.

What does the spouse/guest program include?
Experience all the charm and ambiance the beautiful Riverwalk has to offer.
First, board a small barge and float through the main channels of the river
while winding through downtown San Antonio and learning about some of the
area's famous landmarks. Next stop is at San Antonio's first and most famous
mission, the Mission San Antonio de Valero, or as most people know it, The
Alamo. Listen to tales of the Alamo's heroes and their fight for freedom in the
Texas Revolution. The last stop is El Mercado, where guests enter a world of
year round festivities and enjoy the unique and delectable taste of San
Antonio's own Market Square. El Mercado is the heart of the Hispanic culture in
San Antonio with rows of authentic crafts such as leather goods, paper-mache,
blankets, apparel, pottery, jewelry and an assortment of colorful shops. Lunch
will be provided.

Can I
bring my children?
Should you choose to bring your children along, please keep in
mind that there are no planned activities for them and the evening events are
not designed for children. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
If you do bring children you will be responsible for organizing and paying for
any arrangements. Information on children's programs and babysitting
services are listed below.

How do I
make my flight arrangements?
Registrants are responsible for their own airfare, so we recommend using
your usual method for arranging your travel.

How do I
get from the airport to the hotel?
You are responsible for getting from the airport to the hotel. It is
about a twenty minute transfer.
Taxis
There are plenty of taxis available at the airport. Taxis do not need to be
arranged prior to arrival. Approximate taxi fare is $45 one way.

What are
the driving instructions?
From San Antonio Airport (approximately 20 miles)
Take 410 West and follow it as it turns into 410 South. Exit onto Hwy 151
West/Sea World (Exit 9A.) Continue on 151 West for about 2.5 miles, take the
Westover Hills Blvd Exit, and take your first available right (at the windmill)
onto Hyatt Resort Dr. and continue straight. If you have missed the Hyatt
Resort Dr. turn, go to the stop light ahead at Westover Hills Blvd., turn right
onto Westover Hills Blvd and then take your first immediate right onto Rogers
Rd. Go about a quarter of a mile and you will see the entrance to Hyatt Regency
Hill Country Resort and Spa on the left.
From Houston
From I-10 West to San Antonio, exit onto 90 West/ Del Rio Exit (It is just
outside of Downtown San Antonio). Continue to 90 West until you see the exit
for 151 West/Sea World Exit. Continue on 151 West/Sea World for approx. 8.5
miles, Exit Westover Hills Blvd. And take an immediate right (at the windmill)
onto Hyatt Resort Dr. If you have missed the Hyatt Resort Dr. turn, go to the
stop light ahead at Westover Hills Blvd., turn right onto Westover Hills Blvd.
and then take your first immediate right onto Rogers Rd. Go about a quarter of
a mile and you will see the entrance to our San Antonio Texas resort on the
left.
From Dallas or Austin
From I-35 South, take 410 West for approx 25 minutes. 410 West will turn into
410 South. Exit onto Hwy 151 West/Sea World (Exit 9A.) Continue on 151 West for
about 2.5 miles, take the Westover Hills Blvd Exit, and take your first
available right (at the windmill) onto Hyatt Resort Dr. and continue straight.

the conference attire?
The conference dress is business casual. The Tuesday offsite dinner dress is
casual western attire. Denim and boots are encouraged.

the San Antonio weather be like in October?
With 300 days of sunshine a year, San Antonio is an ideal destination year
round. Warm summers and mild winters are complemented by a very pleasant spring
and fall. The temperature in October will range from 60° F to 80° F.

I reserve a tee times or a spa appointment during my stay?
Control Microsystems has negotiated a 15% discount off of tee times and spa
appointments. In order to reserve your tee time or spa appointment and receive
