What do I need to know about the hotel?
Hotel reservations will be handled by the Conference Management Company, Kinsley. The Conference Rate is $235 plus tax (currently 12.45%). You will be asked for your arrival and departure dates and any special requirements you may require during the registration process.
The date to request hotel reservations at the group rate is June 25th. Requests after this date will be handled on a rate and space available basis.
Hotel cancellations need to be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Please contact Kinsley in writing at devon@kinsleymeetings.com.

Hotel Check In/Out
Hotel Check-in is 3:00pm. Early arrivals prior to 3:00pm are subject hotel availability at that time.
Hotel Check-out is 12:00pm.
