How do I register for the conference?
Registration must be done online through this website. Click on the Registration tab for more details.
What is the cost of the conference?
The cost to participate as an attendee in this conference is $750.*

*Sponsors – your registration is included in your sponsorship package. Each sponsorship level includes a designated number of complimentary registrations.
What will the registration fees cover?
Your registration fee will cover access to all sessions and planned food and beverage events over the conference dates.

What travel arrangements am I responsible for?
You are responsible for:

  • Travel to and from Boston, MA
  • Transportation to & from hotel and airport or train station.
  • Parking if applicable
  • All hotel room charges.

What is the Conference Dress?

  • Average Temperature in July during the day is 86°, with the average temperature in the evenings around 66°.
  • Be prepared for business casual attire. Bring a light jacket for the evening.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport or train station?
You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel and airport or train station. Please review the Hotel and Travel Page for specifics.

What do I need to know about the hotel?
Hotel reservations will be handled by the Conference Management Company, Kinsley. The Conference Rate is $235 plus tax (currently 12.45%). You will be asked for your arrival and departure dates and any special requirements you may require during the registration process.

The date to request hotel reservations at the group rate is June 25th. Requests after this date will be handled on a rate and space available basis.

Hotel cancellations need to be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Please contact Kinsley in writing at devon@kinsleymeetings.com.

Hotel Check In/Out
Hotel Check-in is 3:00pm. Early arrivals prior to 3:00pm are subject hotel availability at that time.
Hotel Check-out is 12:00pm.


What if I want to come early or stay longer?
Submit your arrival and departure dates online and the Conference Management Staff will confirm your request within 2 business days.
