Hotel Reservations and Rate

In order to secure the conference rate of $235 plus tax (currently 12.45%) hotel reservations must be made through the conference website.  The conference rate is available for extended stays based on hotel availability. Please check with Kinsley at 303-798-3664 or devon@kinsleymeetings.com.  

Hotel Check In/Out

• Hotel Check-in is 3:00pm.
• Early arrivals prior to 3:00pm are subject to hotel availability at that time.
• Hotel Check-out is 12:00pm.

Guest rooms offer both wired and wireless connectivity for a set daily rate of 14.95 USD per day or $6.95 per hour.  

Parking

Valet parking is $39.00 a day with in and out privileges. There are some off-site parking options. Please ask hotel upon arrival for options and restrictions.    

Air Travel

Logan International Airport (Boston)
Taxi fare from Logan International Airport is approximately $22.00 one way. There is also a water shuttle that runs from the Logan Airport to the boat deck located outside the back door of the hotel. The cost is $10.00 one way.    

Train Travel

FROM THE NORTH VIA INTERSTATE 93 SOUTH:

• Follow I-93 South To Exit #23 - Purchase St.
• Stay Right When Taking The Exit Onto Purchase St.
• Follow Purchase Street 2 Blocks And Turn Left Onto Congress St.
• Take An Immediate Left Onto Atlantic Ave.
• The Intercontinental Boston will be 1½ blocks on your right. 

FROM THE SOUTH VIA INTERSTATE 93 NORTH:

• Follow I-93 North To Exit #20 - South Station/South Boston/I-90 East & West
• Follow The Signs For South Station
• At The Set Of Traffic Lights Turn Right Onto Kneeland St.
• At The 2nd Set Of Traffic Lights You Are Forced To Turn Left Onto Atlantic Ave.
• Follow Atlantic Ave. 3 Blocks And The Intercontinental Boston will be on your right. 

FROM THE WEST VIA INTERSTATE 90 EAST:

• Follow The Masspike/Interstate 90 East To Exit #24a - South Station
• This Exit Will Place You Directly Onto Atlantic Ave.
• Follow Atlantic Ave. 3 Blocks And The Intercontinental Boston will be on your right. 

FROM LOGAN AIRPORT:

• Follow The Signs To Boston Via The Ted Williams Tunnel - I-90 West.
• Take Exit #25 - South Boston
• Stay Right Off The Exit And Take A Right Onto Congress St.
• Take A Right On To "D" Street
• Take A Right Onto Summer Street
• Take A Right Onto Atlantic Avenue
