How do I register for the conference?
Registration must be done online through this website. Click on the Registration tab for additional information and an online registration form.
What is the cost of the conference?
The cost to participate as an attendee in this conference is $500.*

*Sponsors – your registration is included in your sponsorship package.
What will the registration fees cover?
Your registration fee will cover access to all sessions and planned food and beverage events over the conference dates.

What travel arrangements am I responsible for?
You are responsible for:

  • Travel to and from Boston, MA
  • Transportation to & from hotel and airport or train station.  Please see the Hotel and Travel page for transportation options. 
  • Parking, if applicable.
  • All hotel room charges.

 


What is the Conference Dress?

  • For current weather conditions, click here.
  • Average Temperature in January during the day is 30° F with the temperature dropping another 10° in the evenings.
  • Be prepared for business casual attire.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport or train station?
You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel and airport or train station. Please review the Hotel and Travel Page for specifics.

What do I need to know about the hotel?
The discounted conference rate of $189 plus tax (currently 14.45%) is available through December 16th. You may call the hotel or book online.

The date to request hotel reservations at the conference rate is December 16th. The hotel will not guarantee the discounted conference rate after this date. Requests made after this date will be handled by the hotel on a rate and space available basis.

Hotel Check In/Out
Hotel Check-in is 3:00pm. Early arrivals prior to 3:00pm are subject to hotel availability at that time. Hotel Check-out is 12:00pm.


What if I want to come early or stay longer?
Please check with the hotel when making your reservation on conference pre and post night availability. The hotel may or may not honor the conference rate on pre and post night stays based on availability at the time of booking.
