The Technology Showcase Exhibition will take place at the Swissôtel's Zurich Ballroom, an ideal venue with its ample space and 17 foot high ceilings. Users will gather in the Ballroom for breakfast, lunch, and cocktails . . . bringing tremendous opportunity for visibility of your booth and conversations with your staff throughout the entire event.

We are pleased to offer the following Exhibition Booth opportunities.

The exhibit hall is carpeted. Each booth space comes with pipe and drape, 1 electrical connection, power strip, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and company ID sign. Exhibitors will also be recognized on the conference website, printed program, on digital screens in the common areas, and a slide to continuously run on the large screen tv's. Each 10x10 space is allowed 1 full conference pass (valued at $900), and 1 exhibitor pass (valued at $480). Both passes include attendance at the Monday night offsite dinner as well. A pre-conference and post-conference registered attendee list will also be available.

PowerOn After Dark Exhibitor Information

Take advantage of the opportunity to exhibit during the Wednesday Evening Users Exchange Dinner and PowerOn After Dark Event. PowerOn After Dark allows you one-on-one time specifically with PowerOn customers in a smaller settting.

A 6’ x 6’ exhibit space with high table for 1-2 computer screens – only $500 includes 2 passes to the Users Exchange dinner valued at $75 each, recognition on the registration website, in the printed program, and on the digital screens throughout the common areas.
